FAQ

Absolutely. We can deliver to most residential and commercial addresses. However we’re unable to deliver to public or Federal property. If you have a friend, family member, significant other or work address in our deliverable zone, we’d be more than happy to deliver to that address.

Delivery: 9am – 9pm daily.

Ordering: 24/7 on our website.

Customer Service: 8:30am – 9:30pm daily.

Need to schedule an earlier delivery between 6am – 9am?

Text: (323) 334 – 1665 and ask if we can accommodate.

The short answer is yes. But allow me to explain…By law we have to deliver an order to the person who placed the order. If time permits, we can have our drivers wait for you. If time does not permit, we can create an account for the person you’d like to receive the order and we can re-route that new order to the new recipient and cancel your existing order. This would take no more than 5 minutes to do and will require the following information from the desired recipient:

  1. A clear photo of a State or Federally issued Driver’s License, ID or Passport
  2. A clear selfie of the individual holding up their DL/ID/Passport
  3. Phone Number
  4. Email Address

No worries, it happens. Chances are if a driver came and went and you missed your delivery someone from our customer support team has already contacted you to reschedule. If we haven’t already contacted you, you’re welcome to use the live chat popup in the bottom right corner of our website or you can text us here: (323) 334 – 1665

Cash
Credit Cards

Due to federal regulations cannabis cannot be paid for with a credit card transaction. However, we can take payments for orders using our debit card terminals. You can use your debit card issued from your bank, as well as any credit card with a four digital pin number. Most credit card issuers will provide their card holders with a four-digit pin if they want the ability to get cash advances from their credit card.

Call your credit card provider and ask them for a pin number.

Like any tip, it’s at your discretion. If you enjoyed the service and experience with your driver, it’s always great to reinforce good behavior. If you’re in a tough spot, don’t sweat it, we pay our drivers a living wage but like most in the service industry, the tips help.

We do, we offer free delivery for folks 65 and over ($8.99 value) + $5 off

Thank you for your service, we offer free delivery for Military* ($8.99 value) + $5 off

Cannabis transactions have three separate taxes which are all compounded:

  1. State Excise Tax: 15% (Recreational and Medical pay this)
  2. Local Medical/Recreational Tax: 0% medical and 2% (differs based on city)
  3. Local Sales Tax: 10.25% (Members with State issued MMIC cards are except from paying this)

Taxes are calculated at checkout and not included in the prices listed on our website. You would only notice the savings at checkout.

There’s an $8.99 delivery fee.

There’s no delivery fee on orders over $100 (product total, excluding tax and fees)

For most of Los Angeles we do not have order minimums. We have order minimums for areas we don’t regularly serve including parts of San Gabriel Valley, parts of Orange County and western valley such as Thousand Oaks. We have a $8.99 delivery fee for all orders less than $100.

If you have a 3rd party medical card (most medical cards) you’ll save 2% on tax.

If you have a State issued MMIC card you’ll save 12.5% on tax.

(Tax savings vary based on where the licensed cannabis entity is located in the State of California)

Of course, one of our founders is an MMIC patient!

MMIC patients are only charged the 15% State Excise Tax.

They are! In fact, all licensed cannabis products in the State of California are lab tested for safety, consistency and potency. Included on every HighNow product page, there will be a link to view the lab results.
