Absolutely. We can deliver to most residential and commercial addresses. However we’re unable to deliver to public or Federal property. If you have a friend, family member, significant other or work address in our deliverable zone, we’d be more than happy to deliver to that address.

The short answer is yes. But allow me to explain…By law we have to deliver an order to the person who placed the order. If time permits, we can have our drivers wait for you. If time does not permit, we can create an account for the person you’d like to receive the order and we can re-route that new order to the new recipient and cancel your existing order. This would take no more than 5 minutes to do and will require the following information from the desired recipient:

A clear photo of a State or Federally issued Driver’s License, ID or Passport
A clear selfie of the individual holding up their DL/ID/Passport
Phone Number
Email Address

Due to federal regulations cannabis cannot be paid for with a credit card transaction. However, we can take payments for orders using our debit card terminals. You can use your debit card issued from your bank.

Call your credit card provider and ask them for a pin number.

Like any tip, it’s at your discretion. If you enjoyed the service and experience with your driver, it’s always great to reinforce good behavior. If you’re in a tough spot, don’t sweat it, we pay our drivers a living wage but like most in the service industry, the tips help.

Cannabis transactions have three separate taxes which are all compounded:

State Excise Tax: 15% (Recreational and Medical pay this)
Local Medical/Recreational Tax: 0% medical and 2% (differs based on city)
Local Sales Tax: 10.25% (Members with State issued MMIC cards are except from paying this)

We offer 10% off all orders you schedule for another day.

If you’re a recreational customer, you’re saving 8% shopping with us compared to other LA delivery services. We’re based in Lynwood where the local recreational tax is 2% vs 10% in most of Los Angeles. Since you only pay tax based on where our license is located, you save 8% immediately. Taxes are calculated at checkout and not included in the prices listed on our website. You would only notice the savings at checkout.

There are two major benefits of having a medical card, lower taxes and higher purchasing limits.

No delivery fees, there is however a $40 order minimum.

Our order minimum is $40.

If you have a 3rd party medical card (most medical cards) you’ll save 2% on tax.

If you have a State issued MMIC card you’ll save 12.5% on tax.

(Tax savings vary based on where the licensed cannabis entity is located in the State of California)

Of course, one of our founders is an MMIC patient!

MMIC patients are only charged the 15% State Excise Tax.

They are! In fact, all licensed cannabis products in the State of California are lab tested for safety, consistency and potency. Included on every HighNow product page, there will be a link to view the lab results.

Unfortunately, due to regulations we cannot ship products using FedEx, UPS, DHL, USPS, or any other courier. We hand deliver to the Greater Los Angeles area.

We have a 20% discount for new members. A customer service rep will add the discount after the order is placed and approved. You’ll then be notified of the updated total with the discount J
